30-day returns
You may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging.
Your legal right to cancel (UK customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Our 30-day return policy goes beyond this statutory minimum. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in this policy.
How to start a return
- Email us at info@jeweloffers.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the correct return address.
- Ship the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first — parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded.
Return shipping costs
If your item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a further 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on delivery. If an item is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, contact us at info@jeweloffers.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods returned within 30 days.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
