This website, www.jeweloffers.com (the "Site"), is operated by EZYECOM LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hong Kong with registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No. 1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong (Business Registration No.: 70482157). You can contact us at info@jeweloffers.com.

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products and orders

We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of any colour will be accurate. All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract between you and us is formed when we dispatch your order.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of order via the payment methods shown at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors; we never store your full card details.

4. Shipping and delivery

5. Returns, refunds and your consumer rights

Our returns process is set out in our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6. Product use

Our jewellery is designed as fashion jewellery for adult wear. Items may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 14. To keep your jewellery at its best, avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume and cosmetics.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm or cancel the order.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to the foregoing, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place your order applies to that order.
