Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time for the UK is 8–14 business days from dispatch. Total time from order to delivery is typically 9–17 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. During busy periods (such as holidays) or due to circumstances outside our control (customs processing, carrier delays), delivery may occasionally take longer. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us and we will investigate, and where appropriate reship your order or issue a full refund.
Shipping costs
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all UK orders.
Tracking your order
Every order is shipped with tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order at any time via our Track Your Order page or by contacting us at info@jeweloffers.com.
Customs, duties and taxes
All prices shown at checkout are final for UK customers — there are no additional customs charges or import fees to pay on delivery.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at info@jeweloffers.com as soon as possible — we can usually update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we will always do our best to help.
